Legendary Card Ranking: Which is Best?

Which is the best legendary card in Clash Royale? Which legendary cards aren’t worth using? Check out the Clash Royale Master legendary card ranking for 2017 below!

When updates happen that change the legendary cards, add new legendary cards, or legendary cards fall out of meta, we’ll update our legendary card ranking to reflect these changes.

12 – Sparky

The Sparky card is one of the least used Legendary cards in Clash Royale. It’s an interesting idea, but it’s just not quite viable in today’s meta.

11 – Ice Wizard

For just 3 Elixir, the Ice Wizard is a valuable option in most decks. Unfortunately, the Ice Wizard is open to too many counters, and there are too many cards that can be used as a replacement.

10 – Inferno Dragon

The Inferno Dragon deserves some love. It’s a decent card with a very unique damage-over-time ability.

The Inferno Dragon shares this trait with the Inferno Tower, but because the Inferno Dragon is a moving unit, it’s actually at a slight disadvantage when compared to the Inferno Tower, which has the luxury of forcing enemy troops to push towards it.

9 – Bandit

The Bandit is essentially the Prince but it doesn’t take damage whilst it’s in it’s charging status. The Bandit is a great card, but it’s often only suited for certain deck types.

8 – Lumberjack

When the lumberjack dies, it drops the rage spell on all nearby ally troops. The lumberjack can also deal devastating damage to towers and buildings.

The lumberjack ends up being a card that players don’t want to deal with, but are forced to deal with before it’s too late.

7 – Princess

The Princess is a superb defensive card. Whilst she may not be the best offensive card because of her limited health supply, her defensive potential makes her a great legendary card that can fit into most decks.

6 – Lava Hound

The Lava Hound is an incredibly powerful card. It has high health points, high attack damage, and once it is killed, it spawns small Lava Hound Pups.

The only limiting factor to the Lava Hound is it’s high Elixir cost.

5 – Miner

The Miner can appear anywhere on the arena – there are few cards that share this trait and no other legendary cards that feature this ability.

The Miner also has very high health points, so it can be used as an effective tank for any supporting cards.

4 – Night Witch

The Night Witch is still new, so her true potential hasn’t yet been found. With that being said, many players are already finding her to be a viable asset to many deck types.

3 – Electro Wizard

The Electro card is very powerful – it has a high damage output and can attack multiple units at once. The Electro Wizard also deals a chunk of damage to nearby units when it first gets spawned.

2 – The Log

The Log is one of the most versatile legendary cards in Clash Royale. The main reason why the Log is considered so highly is because it only costs 2 Elixir and can deal with many cards that cost more than 2 Elixir.

1 – Graveyard

The Graveyard card is incredible right now. With Graveyard, it’s possible to spawn 17 skeletons at any point on the map. Nothing can match the surprise swarm potential of the Graveyard card.
